Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kineticam.app website and Move Minder application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cogresolve LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Move Minder is a webcam-based application that helps users maintain healthy movement habits by:
- Detecting when you have been sitting still for extended periods
- Providing customizable break reminders
- Tracking your movement history (stored locally on your device)
- Offering premium features including extended analytics, custom sounds, and data export
Account Registration
To access premium features, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
Subscription and Payment
Free Tier
The free version of Move Minder includes basic stillness detection and break reminders at no cost.
Premium Subscription
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions:
- Monthly: $9.99 per month
- Yearly: $99.99 per year (save ~17%)
Premium features include:
- Custom break intervals (10-120 minutes)
- Adjustable movement sensitivity
- Custom alarm sounds
- Advanced activity analytics
- CSV data export
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
- Share your account credentials with others
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cogresolve LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of any content
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogresolve LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Any damages arising from your use of the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cogresolve LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending an email to premium subscribers for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
