We want you to be completely satisfied with Move Minder Premium. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.

Refund Eligibility

  • Eligible: First-time subscription purchases within 7 days
  • Eligible: Billing errors or duplicate charges (at any time)
  • Not eligible: Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
  • Not eligible: Refund requests after 7 days from initial purchase

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@kineticam.app
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Briefly describe why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We process refund requests within 24 hours. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Move Minder Premium subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll still have access to premium features until your subscription expires.

How to Cancel

You have two options to cancel your subscription:

  1. Self-service: Click "Manage Subscription" in the Move Minder settings to access the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel directly.
  2. Email us: Send a cancellation request to support@kineticam.app and we'll cancel it for you.

After Cancellation

  • No future charges will be made
  • Premium features remain active until the end of your billing period
  • Your movement history data (stored locally) remains on your device
  • You can re-subscribe at any time

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Monthly Subscriptions

Renew on the same date each month. For example, if you subscribed on January 15th, your next charge will be on February 15th.

Yearly Subscriptions

Renew on the same date each year. We'll send you an email reminder before your annual renewal.

Renewal Reminder: We do not currently send automatic renewal reminders for monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

Billing Errors

If you believe you've been charged in error (duplicate charges, wrong amount, charged after cancellation), please contact us immediately at support@kineticam.app.

We take billing errors seriously and will:

  • Investigate promptly
  • Issue a full refund for any erroneous charges
  • Provide documentation of the correction

Price Changes

If we change our subscription prices:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • You may cancel before the new price takes effect
  • Price increases only apply to future billing cycles
