At Kineticam.app, we believe your privacy is paramount. We've designed Move Minder to collect the absolute minimum amount of data necessary to provide our service. Your webcam video never leaves your device, and we only store what's essential for account management.
What We Collect

Premium Subscribers
When you upgrade to a premium subscription, we collect and store:
- Email address - Provided by Google when you sign in. Used to identify your account and link it to your subscription.
- Stripe customer ID - A reference number that connects your account to your payment information stored securely by Stripe.
- Subscription status - Whether your subscription is active, canceled, or expired.
Third-Party Services
Google OAuth
We use Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in, Google provides us only with your email address. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any other Google services.
Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your credit card information is sent directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We only receive confirmation of successful payments.
Cloudflare
Our application is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the United States. Cloudflare provides DDoS protection and content delivery.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This includes anonymous usage data like page views and session duration. No personal information is shared with Google Analytics.
Your Rights
- Access your data: Contact us to receive a copy of all data we store about you.
- Delete your data: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export local data: Use the CSV export feature (Premium) to download your movement history from your browser.
- Cancel anytime: Manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
Data Retention
- Movement history: Automatically deleted from your browser after 30 days.
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Subscription records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
